    In Mortal Danger

    2006 - 07.29

We’re putting seemingly unrelated geopolitical events together today, tying the current Mideast conflict with the Security and Prosperity Partnership with the European Union’s new Mediterranean expansion, all scheduled to be locked in place by 2010.

First we’re joined by a long-time friend, outspoken Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-Colorado), who discusses his new book, “In Mortal Danger,” putting special emphasis on the new form of government we’re marching into without even realizing it.

Then we’ll move to Edinburgh, Scotland and Robert Congdon, who has been monitoring close coordination between the European Union, Mercosur (The Market of the South) and the new Security and Prosperity Partnership.

John’s boralogue examines some of the underlying currents that have affected the current Mideast conflict.

    The Constitution in Exile

    2006 - 07.22

From Abraham Lincoln, through Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt to George Bush, presidential administrations ran rough shod over the Constitution, causing an ongoing erosion of rights. Fox News’s Judge Andrew Napolitano guests in the first part of the program to discuss his book, “The Constitution in Exile.”

Then at least one Christian author asserts that the religious right is going to have to come to grips with the fact that the Bush administration has serious moral problems. We don’t agree with everything he says in the book but we’ll talk to John Klar, author of “Christian Words, Un-Christian Actions.”

John’s boralogue deals with the religious right’s cavalier attitude toward the Constitution and Bill of Rights, ignoring serious breaches and bad precedent, just because a “good Christian president” is in the White House.

    Things that Don’t Work Well

    2006 - 07.15

From the Kyoto Protocol to RFID chips to DNA testing, there are things that aren’t working properly you need to know about.

First, John’s boralogue looks at the latest major flaws in RFID chips used in everything from toll booth passes to high-security access. They can be easily cloned without the owner’s knowledge and used fraudulently.

Then we’re joined by Fred Pearce of New Scientist magazine (www.newscientist.com). Remember all the hullabaloo about global warming and how bad the U.S. and Australia are because they won’t ratify it? Well its seems ratifying countries are looking for ways to get out of their obligations. In essence their talk about being green friendly is hot air.

Then Sheri Fink from Discover magazine (www.discover.com) comes on board to disillusion listeners about the myth that DNA identification is flawless. While a very useful tool, it’s not foolproof. There are many problems and if you’re ever on a jury, you should know what they are.

Finally, we’ll talk to mass communications professor Walter Brasch
(www.walterbrasch.com) about why journalism has gone off the rails lately.

    Busy show. Enjoy.

    The Great Chaos Conference

    2006 - 07.08

Well we celebrated July 4th and dodged an asteroid impact this week. The world may still be headed for disaster but do we even agree what the disaster is going to be?

Here is The Great Chaos Conference with futurists Don McAlvany of the McAlvaney Intelligence Advisor (www.mcalvany.com), James Kunstler, author of "The Long Emergency," (www.kunstler.com), Jim Puplava (www.financialsense.com), author of "The Perfect Financial Storm," Dr. Stan Monteith, (www.radioliberty.com) host of Radio Liberty, plus Pat Wood and Carl Teichrib from the August Review (www.augustreview.com).

Where this one goes is anyone’s guess, certainly not mine. Oh yes, the boralogue has been cancelled so you can all breathe a big sigh of relief…well at least until the guests start talking.

    Security and Prosperity Partnership

    2006 - 07.01

Happy Canada Day! Happy Fourth of July!

The move to unite Canada, the United States and Mexico is moving with breathtaking rapidity as numerous committees meet to cement the plans. Just one problem, the U.S. government refuses to tell us who’s on these committee and what they’re talking about. SOP much for openness in government.

There are also plans to build a multi-lane superhighway from Mexico to Canada. It is essential we revisit this issue even though we covered it recently. Dr. Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., joins us as guest.

John’s boralogue looks at the history of the Star Spangled Banner and especially the last verse, which puts to death the fable that America was founded as a secularist state.
