    Restarting a Non-Existent Peace Process

    2007 - 09.29

Even as President Bush’s attempts to restart a non-existent peace process, the geopolitical orientation of most countries in the Middle East is rapidly changing but it’s not certain how things will shake out.

France 2 television’s growing scandal over the apparently fraudulent "news" clips of a Palestinian boy supposedly being killed by Israeli Defense Force soldiers in 2000 has yet to hit the American media, even though they ran the doctored clips over and over again.  This clip did tremendous damage to Israel’s image worldwide.  Dr. Richard Landes (www.theaugeanstables.com) is professor of history at Boston University and has seen some of the raw footage.

Then another historian joins us as Dr. Steve Carol
(www.drhistory.net) returns to SOS to examine the Bush administration’s attempts to re-start a non-existent peace process and what this means for Israel’s security.

John’s boralogue examines the inherent anti-religious bigotry present in claims that the twin towers were destroyed because of religion.  In reality, "tolerant" atheistic free-thinkers are just as closed-minded and bigoted in their beliefs as members of any other religion.  They just won’t recognize it.

    Can Gays Really Change?

    2007 - 09.22

Time for a “No Child Left Behind”
    checkup to
see how many more children will be left behind by a flawed bill. Beware
    the term “transformational
education” and efforts to promote mental health training. Alan Quist
    from www.edwatch.org
    joins us.

    Then a new
study from Wheaton College examines the issues
of gay men and women who attempt to change their sexual orientation in
    a
religious context. Is it working? The results are mixed. Psychologist
    Stanton
Jones slides into the guest seat.

    In
light of the recent sub-prime lending melt-down,
John’s boralogue dissects comments by retired Federal Reserve Chairman
    Alan
Greenspan, who claims he didn’t see the disaster coming. But wasn’t
that his job? Why did he pump Americans to jump into
rickety adjustable rate mortgages? Further Greenspan admits that his
    comments during congressional
testimony were often meant to fool congressmen. Told ya.

    America’s Financial Reckoning Day

    2007 - 09.15

Where in the World is Carmen bin Laden? Speculation abounds about ObL’s latest video
    communique. Perhaps there are
significant items lurking within it. Security analyst Emil Bailey
    returns to the show.

As Democrats make show of getting
    troops home from Iraq,
the international wars are only just heating up. Part of this conflict
    is hidden from public
scrutiny, because it’s the international currency war. Charles Coppes ( target=”_blank” href=”http://www.chuckcoppes.com”>www.chuckcoppes.com),
    author of
“American’s Financial Reckoning Day,” joins us.

    Between guests John does an
    analysis of the “slop
think” infecting the youth of the west today and why it’s important to
    train children how to think.

    John’s
boralogue examines the problem of deer eating
apples off the studio tree. Oh yes, it
also covers important news stories the mainliners ignored this week,
    key among
these being the fact that a famous TV news clip depicting a Palestinian
    boy
supposedly being shot by IDF troops in 2000 was a staged fraud.

When Liberalism Went off the Rails

    2007 - 09.08

Well here we are back from a trip to British Columbia.  So John’s boralogue examines exactly why Canadians don’t think they’re paying for nationalized healthcare while they chafe at high taxes and a high cost of living.  It’s simple, there’s no such thing as a free lunch and they’re actually paying for the healthcare indirectly.

As school kicks off, it’s time to review principles of historical revisionism.  We have often commented that liberalism went "off the rails" in the 1960s by embracing Marxist ideology, while calling it "social justice" and "freedom."  But what caused the shift and why does it plague us today?  James Pierson is author of "Camelot and the Cultural Revolution:  How the Assassination of John F. Kennedy Shattered American Liberalism."  It’s an expose of the ravages of historical revisionism.  Realize what conservatives stand for today, liberals once stood for in the 1950s.

Then we apply principles from that interview to a history of how global warming emerged as a political crisis; not a scientific one.
Environmental scientist Dr. Michael Coffman, PhD,
(www.globalwarmingglobalgovernance.com) joins the show to examine terms such as "sustainable development," "public/private partnerships" and the like.

    Sabotage in the CIA

    2007 - 09.01

Labor day Weekend already.  Where did summer go?

Presidents come and presidents go but government bureaucracy remains forever.  What happens when a bureaucracy attempts to thwart the administration it’s supposed to support?  Rowan Scarborough is author of the book, "Sabotage," and he joins us to detail how various cadres in the CIA work against the current administration’s actions around the world, not to mention Israel.

Next comes your chance to be a fly on the wall during an information conversation.  What began as an off-the-record conversation between Dr. Dennis Cuddy and John regarding the future of geopolitics grew to include Harold Hoffman and Avi Lipkin.
The interaction became so interesting, we thought we’d let you hear some of it.

John’s boralogue updates the ongoing liquidity crisis around the globe, and since school is starting again, it’s time to review exactly what it is the National Education Association (NEA) stands for;  and it certainly isn’t things we believe in.  At the end of the show, John contrasts the rights Muslims demand in the United State vs. what they grant to Christians in Islamic countries abroad.
