Iran: Is They or Ain't They?

Iran: Is they or ain't they? This is a crude way of saying, is Iran on the edge of nuclear weapons capability and is Israel going to do something about it? We'll run a thread on this topic today.

First, former CIA operative Ishmael Jones (www.ishmaeljones.com), author of "The Human Factor," weighs in on what we actually know about the state of Iran's nuclear program.

Then a pause to pursue the ongoing crash-of-global warming thread, where GW advocates aren't giving up. Cap and trade is morphing into green jobs programs....same thing under a different wrapper. But how are green jobs doing? Not well at all. Ben Lieberman from the Heritage Foundation (www.heritage.org) joins us.

Then back to the Iran thread where Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's former chief of staff, George Birnbaum, joins the program.

John's extended boralogue examines the three actions people take when they perceive their government policies and taxation to be abusive, none of which is desirable, along with what can be done to avoid it.

Hating the Truth about Hate

A lot of time is spent in the first hour of today's program examining the effect hate speech has in masking the truth of many political issues and why this is a grave threat to freedom of speech.

This is exemplified by the hate speech trial of Geert Wilders in the Netherlands for producing his widely-viewed video on the internet. Robert Spencer from www.jihadwatch.org is the first guest to track how well the trial is going and what hate speech laws mean.

The government wants to require wireless companies to track the movements of your mobile telephones. Declan McCullagh from CNET (www.news.org) joins us for coverage of the furor that seems to be arising over this issue.

Why is freedom of speech not widely understood? Because our youth have not been trained in the values that build freedom in the West. Steve Brezenski (www.stevebrezenski.com) is author of the book, "Little People, Little Patriots, Saving America One Child at a Time." His premise is that we need to teach our children what freedom is all about.

"When the horse is dead, remember to dismount," is something John says all the time; but politicians haven't figured out the anthropogenic global warming issue is dead. From the UN to state governments, politicians are reworking laws to push more global warming legislation, calling it "climate change" now. Paul Chesser (www.spectator.org) from the Heartland Institute looks at the latest efforts to make energy more expensive.

John's boralogue lists the challenges facing the Tea Party movement over the next 33 months as we plow through the crisis window. We also take a brief look at growing tensions in the Middle East.

Changes in the Wind

The G7 financial elites met on an island in the Canadian Arctic this last weekend. What were they planning? Could it be a global tax, which Britain's Prime Minister Gordon Brown announced this week?

We'll start this an examination with an update on the Euro crisis, which has the potential of dealing the global economy a body blow. An interview with Ambrose Evans-Pritchard of the London Telegraph in the UK is featured.

Then a jump to Chuck Coppes, (www.chuckcoppes.com) author of "America's Financial Reckoning Day," for a first cut at what went on in at Baffin Island in the arctic this last weekend.

Finally a subject change to the first lawsuit challenging provisions of the recent hate crimes legislation which passed congress. Robert Muise from the Thomas More Law Center (www.thomasmore.org) joins the program.

John's boralogue advises the Tea Party movement that it has 33 months to make its case and that it's being infiltrated by wolves in sheep's clothing.

Tracking the Year in Transition

Busy show today.

John's opening boralogue compares the religious philosophy of a new science fiction series, "Caprica," with the emerging global paradigm of religion. A clip from the series is analyzed.

As financial elites move us toward a global currency, one candidate for the job is now in trouble: the Euro, and it's all caused by member state Greece's imminent bankruptcy. There are parallels with troubled states in the U.S. seeking national bailouts for their own fiscal irresponsibility. Harold Hoffman joins us from the U.K. (www.britanniaradio.co.uk) to unravel this somewhat complicated financial system in the E.U.

The war to undermine evangelical support for Israel is underway as attacks are mounted from various Christian denominations. Notable among the antagonists is Anglican Vicar, the Rev. Stephen Sizer. But, oh my, with whom is Rev. Sizer associating? Dexter van Zile returns from CAMERA (www.camera.org) to explain the associations of those attacking evangelical support for Israel with virulent anti-Semitic sectors.

As scandal after scandal in the anthropogenic global warming fraud emerges, politicians are trying to prop up a dying cause, sorry to see all the tax money evaporate. Marc Morano from www.climatedepot.com debuts with an explanation of the saga since the East Anglia email scandals broke late last year.

Finally, when is Israel going to attack Iran and what is happening in the Middle surrounding that issue? Bill Koenig (www.watch.org) is back for a summary of the latest geopolitics from that region.

Well, we said it was a busy show.
