Skipping to a Tipping Point
John’s extended boralogue unites series of seemingly unrelated stories and connects them to the origins of the progressive socialist movement which began 100 years ago. Things are now approaching a social and economic tipping point, which will determine the worldview western civilization will follow.
The logical question is whether or not we can actually dodge the “tipping bullet.” Is there a possibility that the system of checks and balances in our country between the federal and state governments may actually enable us to short circuit the runaway economic issues we’re facing right now? We’ll air relevant news clips, notably from Congressman Ron Paul and Neil Howe, author of “The Fourth Turning.”
Back to the long-running show thread outlining the danger of setting precedents in law, which violate constitutional rights and which can backfire on us. Dave Hodges joins us to discuss his op-ed piece, which delineates bad law that has come into existence as a result of the various laws passed after 9/11.
We’ll end with part of Dr. Michael Coffman’s speech in Spokane, Washington, earlier this month on Agenda 21 and how this U.N. Treaty, which has never been ratified, is destroying property rights in this country as various governments arouhd the country implement it nevertheless.
