America has become polarized on a massive scale. In this week’s boralogue, John looks at the extreme dichotomy in Congress, with ultra-radical leftists on one side versus the other side that’s becoming more and more conservative. This has resulted in a struggle by the establishment of both parties to regain control. It has become oppressor versus oppressed and it will take a strong truth-based worldview to survive.

The Green New Deal sounds familiar because it’s repackaged Agenda 21 language. We welcome back Tom DeWeese (www.americanpolicy.org), Founder and President of the American Policy Center, who describes the plan to eliminate sovereignty and private property ownership embedded in the language of these agendas.

The World Council of Churches often send in volunteers to observe life “under the occupation” in Israel and then return to the U.S. to advocate for anti-Israel policies in their churches and communities. Yona Schiffmiller (www.ngo-monitor.org), Research Director at NGO Monitor examines how the UN is involved and asks: is this anti-Israel or anti-Semitism or both?

If this isn’t the End Times, it is definitely a convincing dress rehearsal. Shane Idleman (www.shaneidleman.com), Founder and Lead Pastor at Westside Christian Fellowship in California, discusses how political correctness has influenced churches and sermons and advocates for a strong truth-based character for pastors moving forward.

John and Producer Steve finish off the show this week reviewing stories making news including a failed Brexit vote, Paul Manafort’s sentencing, and an unfair, unequal system of justice.

John’s quote of the week:
You see how intersectionality is affecting us. It’s becoming harder and harder to tell friend from foe, truth from narrative. You cannot run a country or a society on intersectionality. You just can’t. It results in nothing but chaos and disaster.

In this week’s Extras segment, we play a round-table from 2013 focusing on change agents, how they operate, and how community meetings really work. It was relevant then and it’s relevant today. Very entertaining round table. Plus, how often do you hear John use the phrase ‘Teflon roller coaster?’

Answering the Call

As countries or covenants or agreements get older and older there is a tendency to drift away from the original principles. In this week’s boralogue, John notes that sometimes we may forget where we come from so when things drift markedly from where they should be in this country, we should get back to the beginning. The freedoms in the Constitution, which made this country unique and successful, are a good place to start.

We welcome to the show an old friend of John’s, Burt Yellin (www.roehisrael.org), Rabbi at Roeh Israel, a Messianic church in Denver, Colorado. The two discuss the state of the country today, the difference between Jews in Israel and Jews in America, and how Burt answered the call of ministry after years of searching.

Trusting in God can lead to second guessing and interesting prayers, but eventually He calls and it’s up to us to trust Him enough to answer. Physician and missionary Dr. Paul Williams (www.whenallplansfail.com) joins us to review his new book on how your decisions can affect your path in life and shares how God’s calling in his life led to relief for many around the world.

We all know that Facebook, Google, and Twitter have been caught censoring conservatives who espouse views they don’t agree with, but how did we get to this point? Investigative journalist and economist James Simpson (www.crisisnow.net) examines the Marxist infiltration of education and advocates for reform of regulations if things are going to change in the future.

John’s quote of the week:
Countries have fights, disputes, and conflicts, but we all get into this crisis moment in which people forget how our country was started. For us, that was freedom. And that is what we should be fighting for.

In this week’s Section 6, we play an interview John gave last week on Stand Up For The Truth on Q90FM in Wisconsin with Mike LeMay. John discusses the liberal mindset, the word ‘nationalist’ in our political discourse, the dividing nature of the Alinsky method, the latest with the Catholic Church, and the differences between positive and negative rights.

Silence by Any Means

Eventually, reality becomes real and illusion fades into obscurity. In this week’s boralogue, John looks at different ways the progressive elitists are manipulating facts and, at times, using force to define the playing field in order to avoid debating. Begging the question and the heckler’s veto are two examples of the Left trying to silence dissent. The real battle is over truth and they will fight you with half-truths, incomplete truths, and even outright lies.

Environmentalist and author Tim Ball (www.drtimball.com) has been trying for years to debate the consensus thought on climate change and his detractors have used many means, including lawfare, to attempt to silence him. Dr. Ball describes his ordeal fighting three separate lawsuits meant to bankrupt him and shut him up. The assault on free speech has hit the courtroom.

One example of the heckler’s veto occurred recently in the upper Midwest when progressive groups forced conference centers to cancel already booked events. John Guandolo (www.understandingthethreat.com), President and Founder of Understanding the Threat and a speaker at one of those events, discusses how he and others had planned to educate people about Islam but certain groups didn’t want the information made public.

Have we seen this silencing of speech before? Stephen Halbrook (www.independent.org), Senior Fellow at the Independent Institute, joins us to examine the rise of the Nazi party in the 1930s and their tactics to suppress free speech and confiscate weapons. They ran into problems later, though, in France when pockets of resistance sprang up.

John’s quote of the week:
People with losing arguments – if they have to resort to logical fallacies, if they have to resort to force and heckling because their arguments can’t stand up to the other side, they only have one choice left: keep people from speaking.

In this week’s Section 6, John plays a clip of Diamond and Silk testifying before Congress and looks at different ways social media sites are trying to silence politically incorrect speech. He covers the SPLC’s history of designating hate groups and how they are scaling that back after some pushback. He finishes up with the “new liberal order” spoken about by Emmanuel Macron in his speech before Congress this week.

Me and My Shadow Government

What are the crises plaguing America today? If you follow the media, the answer is Russian collusion, wiretapping, and tax returns. In this week’s boralogue, John looks at the real looming crises we face including an economy plagued by unsustainable borrowing and courts ruling according to politics and not the rule of law. But fear not – God is ultimately in control.

Deep State operatives inside the U.S. government still loyal to former president Obama are doing their best to sabotage current president Donald Trump. Kenneth Timmerman (www.iran.org), President and CEO of the Foundation for Democracy in Iran, joins us to discuss classified leaks and other problems caused by those wreaking havoc on this administration.

Diving deeper into shadow governments, we welcome retired business owner and director at the Claremont Institute Robert Curry (www.claremont.org) who examines the history of the Deep State and its opposition to the Constitution and what President Trump is doing to fight the problem.

Communication is key when you are President and for Donald Trump extremely difficult when the media as a whole is your adversary. Monty Donohew (www.donohew.com), Attorney at Monty L. Donohew, LPA explains how President Trump is reforming political communication by flipping the press’s Alinsky methods back at them, exposing them as hacks who have severely underestimated him.

John’s quote of the week:
“Here’s a hint that you can tell when you’re entering the end game: when politicians start playing the blame game, it means we have finally plowed to the end of a problem which they have created for which they don’t have any solution and disaster will be upon us.”

This week during our Section 6 intelligence briefing, John discusses Andrew Jackson and the history of our financial system.
