Absolute truth is shunned by postmodernists and they do so absolutely. In this week’s boralogue, John looks at existentialism and postmodernism and their destructive effect on society today. To turn one’s back on truth and embrace relative thought is to set adrift in life with no foundation. To deal with this philosophy and whatever comes next, we should stand on our Christian faith.

On May 14-15, 2018, Israel celebrated their 70th anniversary and opened a U.S. embassy in Jerusalem. The media, however, focused on violence at the border with Gaza. John Guandolo (www.understandingthethreat.com), President and Founder of Understanding the Threat, was in Israel and describes what really happened and how civilian Israelis and those in the military view America.

Christ at the Checkpoint is an annual conference held in Bethlehem at the end of May. Are speakers at this conference conveying a Christian message? Olivier Melnick (www.chosenpeople.com), National Training Director for Chosen People Ministries, reveals that some Christians may be attempting to rewrite Biblical history to favor Palestine and disfavor Israel. He asks: is anti-Semitism at work in the Christian church?

To avoid violence on our borders and keep it from spreading into our country, President Trump’s administration is attempting to strengthen immigration policies. We welcome back retired INS Senior Special Agent Michael Cutler (www.michaelcutler.net) who discusses visa program loopholes, terrorist training centers in Central and South America, and sleeper agents within the U.S. who are biding their time.

John’s quote of the week:
You can’t make your own reality and complain when somebody else creates theirs in a way you don’t like. That’s the direct result of this nonsensical system of postmodernism which we’ve had for over 60 years. A society cannot be stable for very long with that.

In this week’s Section 6, John discusses the exclusivity of individual religions, how human nature and truth relate to our faith and America’s freedoms, and the repeal of Glass-Steagall.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the families and friends of those who died in this week’s school shooting. In this week’s boralogue, John looks at the ever-changing stances of those who want less murder from guns but are okay with abortion. There is a difference between the reality of what’s happening and the unreality of progressive proposals.

Ideology versus academic achievement is a dangerous battle in America’s schools. Katherine Kersten (www.americanexperiment.org), Founding Director at the Center of the American Experiment, examines how the Edina, Minnesota school district has gone from achievements to looking at everything through a PC lens that whites are responsible for the ills of minorities.

What is being said on the Temple Mount about Israel is different than what the media reports. Dexter Van Zile (www.camera.org), Christian Media Analyst for the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting, examines the hate speech against Israel and the control of the Temple Mount.

Is it possible that jihadi training camps exist inside the U.S.? Ryan Mauro (www.clarionproject.org), National Security Analyst at the Clarion Project, looks at different examples of jihadi camps, what they’re preparing for, and how they are perceived by the public.

Immigration is a hot topic in America right now. Retired senior special agent with the INS Michael Cutler (www.michaelcutler.net) analyzes President Trump’s desire to grant amnesty to DACA recipients and shows the different ways our borders are circumvented.

We conclude the show this week with a replay of a Steel on Steel roundtable discussion on immigration from several years ago featuring James Horn and Patrick Astre.

John’s quote of the week:
The voices screaming about the need for a conversation on gun control are the same voices trying to suppress any conversation and free speech when it comes to abortion.

In this week’s Section 6, we finish the roundtable discussion on immigration from the end of our broadcast show. John goes on to look at possible charges against Benjamin Netanyahu, a cake baker winning in court, a mass exodus from California, and social justice warrior philosophy. He finishes out examining the Pope and possible strife within the Catholic Church.

The news is aflutter lately about all sorts of scandals and bad behavior. Should we care? In this week’s boralogue John looks at the battle between stupid news and news that matters, playing a clip of Don Coxe, who illustrates the need for more focus on important, sobering topics. It’s difficult to solve serious problems when no one is looking at them.

How ready are we should a foreign power come up against us? Bill Gertz (www.gertzfile.com), Senior Editor at the Washington Free Beacon, discusses other countries’ willingness to beef up their warfare capabilities, while the U.S. government remains focused on other issues and is not keeping pace.

A national database with all of one’s information is popular in China and other countries. Could it emerge in the U.S.? National education analyst and writer Dr. Carole Haynes (www.drcarolehhaynes.com) joins us to discuss Congressional bills that would establish these databases and the ignorance of lawmakers to see what’s really going on.

On October 31, a terrorist mowed down pedestrians in New York City. He was in this country under the Diversity Visa Program. Michael Cutler (www.michaelcutler.net), Retired Special Agent with the former Immigration and Naturalization Services, looks at the flaws of the program and what needs to be done to solve the problem.

John’s quote of the week:
“The country is now divided: two different groups of people with two different worldviews using two different processes of thought based on two different worldview assumptions arriving at two different sets of conclusions – all yelling and screaming and bickering over control. Meanwhile, big storms are brewing around us.”

In our Section 6 intelligence brief: Tax Bill Analysis (Rates, Exemptions, and Deductions). Problems in high tax states and the impending migration away from those states. Status Update in the Middle East: (Sunni-Israel alliance against Iran, Hezbollah-Syria moves to set up bases, control of the Sinai). Non-integration by immigrants in Europe. How to spot what’s really going on behind the scenes with globalism. We round out the show with an update on the Trinity Western case.

Security Weekend

President Trump lauded the benefits and wonders of western civilization in his speech in Poland last week. As predicted, the media and the left protested and lost their minds. In this week’s boralogue, John looks at why President Trump’s speech was not advocating white supremacy, as some on the left suggest, and why the West is a wonderful culture. Millions around the world fight to immigrate to the West. It is not because it’s a horrible civilization.

The Drug Enforcement Agency’s mission is to enforce drug laws and bring to justice criminals and organizations who endanger our country through illegal drug trafficking. Retired DEA Special Agent Jeffrey Higgins (www.jeffreyjameshiggins.com) joins us on security weekend to discuss the nexus between drug trafficking and terrorism and examine the pros and cons of legalizing certain drugs.

At the forefront of securing our nation is Immigration and Customs Enforcement, formerly the INS, whose mission is to govern our borders and enforce federal customs and immigration laws. Michael Cutler (www.michaelcutler.net), Retired Special Agent with INS analyzes America’s immigration problems and the criminals who circumvent the system, enter our country, and ultimately terrorize our citizens.

John’s quote of the week:
“The very same people who are preaching to us that all cultures are equal want all of these immigrants from Africa and the Middle East and Latin America to invade western countries. The question is: why do those people want to come here? Because they know the culture they’re fleeing from is not equal to western civilization. It is better in the western countries.”

This week on Section 6 we’ll talk about civil asset forfeiture and IRS abuse, scripture and science, the importance of worldviews, and a historical outlook of Christianity and western civilization.
