The country and especially the media have been in quite the frenzy this past week. In this week’s boralogue, John goes back to the predictions he made about the media after the 2016 election and shows how we are reliving those moments now. There is a shock post-Mueller report but John predicts that the media will continue to behave as it has moving forward.

Far-left liberals are pushing many issues that go against America’s founding documents. Constitutional law attorney Jenna Ellis (www.washingtonexaminer.com) joins us to discuss the merits of the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact as well as packing the Supreme Court. Liberals keep moving the goalposts, slowly building popularity among their narratives.

One-worlders are at it again, this time using climate to further their cause. Alex Newman (www.thenewamerican.com), Foreign Correspondent for The New American, examines the UN’s push for global governance as well as push-back from many scientists, along with President Trump, who are taking on the climate alarmists.

A few states are foreclosing on property owners who owe back taxes and keeping the proceeds from the sale. Christina Martin (www.pacificlegal.org), Attorney at Pacific Legal Foundation describes how one of her clients lost his home to this practice and compares it to the problems with civil asset forfeiture.

John finishes up this week reading a century-old poem by Rudyard Kipling that mentions empty promises, like those of modern day socialists, will never pan out because at some point, reality becomes real and the fantasy is just that: a fantasy.

John’s quote of the week:
What we have been told repeatedly is the need for the radical transformation of America. ‘What does that mean?’ is the first thing you have to ask. You have to learn how to read what they’re telling you – then you’ll know where you’re going. And with radical transformation, it’s a socialist, idealized government where we have equality of outcome, not equality of opportunity.

In this week’s Extras segment, we play an interview John gave this week on Stand Up For The Truth on Q90FM Radio from Wisconsin where he discusses, among other things, the Marxist tactics of the Left as well as various aspects concerning the Christian Church.

With crazy stories inundating us every day, how did we get to this point? In this week’s boralogue, John looks at history from the protests of the 1960s through the blossoming of the internet age to where we are now with late-term abortion laws and media people not living up to journalistic standards. There are those who are tired of being choked by political correctness and they are fighting back.

If we’re not careful, the socialistic healthcare system in Canada could make its way south. Author and retired businessman William Gairdner (www.williamgairdner.ca) joins us from the Great White North to discuss the costs and rules of free healthcare for all and how some, usually the well-connected, get around those rules.

The Pope just signed an agreement with Sheik Ahmad el-Tayeb, the grand imam of al-Azhar. Author and Middle East expert Raymond Ibrahim (www.raymondibrahim.com) contrasts the watered-down language of the agreement with the Sheik’s speeches about it in Arabic. He also dissects the media and liberal adoration of Islam and the Pope.

Is the national emergency declaration on the border wall a good idea? It depends on who you ask. Dr. Merrill Matthews (www.ipi.org), Resident Scholar with the Institute for Policy Innovation, examines partisan hypocrisy over the execution of emergency declarations and what that may mean for the future.

John’s quote of the week:
“The education system is broken; it’s being run by the people who broke it. But they actively, aggressively oppose any kind of reform which would fix it. Yet these same politicians send their kids to private schools. They don’t want to put themselves in the very system they’re smashing down on everyone else.”

In this week’s Extras segment, we play an interview John gave last week on Stand Up For The Truth with Mike LeMay on Q90FM in Wisconsin (standupforthetruth.com). John and Mike discuss political correctness in both society and the Church as well as the increase of being a victim and how it has become a badge of honor, and the best ways to get back on track with Christianity in the west.

Happy New Year everyone! The battle is on between traditional Judeo-Christian values and the Neo-Marxist imposter worldview of the last 70 years. In this week’s boralogue, John looks at how these Marxist values are extending beyond politics and into our churches. Many churches are falling prey to the imposter worldview which has resulted in a departure from scripture. John offers a challenge – be salt and light in the Word or close your doors.

It’s important to understand the perspective of those from the left side of the aisle. We welcome to the program progressive author and business owner Patrick Andendall (www.stupidpartyland.com), who debates with John about voter suppression, gun control, abortion, and global warming. If we don’t have discussions with those we disagree with, solutions may never be achieved.

Two weeks ago we discussed the Mueller investigation and how it has affected author and investigative journalist Jerome Corsi. Mr. Corsi (www.corsination.com) joins us this week to give a first-hand account of his interactions with and treatment from Special Counsel Robert Mueller plus his efforts to fight back against what he calls a corrupt prosecution.

John’s quote of the week:
Churches are collapsing one behind the other as millennials are moving into the church. Many millennials have been raised by secular atheist institutions and have worldviews hostile to Christianity. Churches are attempting to adjust to the hostile worldview rather than standing as a light against it.

In this week’s Section 6, we play an interview John gave with Mike LeMay last week on his show Stand Up for the Truth on Q90FM in Wisconsin. John discusses cognitive dissonance, the hypocritical nature of inclusivity, the growing problem with church leadership, and Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s thoughts on stupid people.

As countries or covenants or agreements get older and older there is a tendency to drift away from the original principles. In this week’s boralogue, John notes that sometimes we may forget where we come from so when things drift markedly from where they should be in this country, we should get back to the beginning. The freedoms in the Constitution, which made this country unique and successful, are a good place to start.

We welcome to the show an old friend of John’s, Burt Yellin (www.roehisrael.org), Rabbi at Roeh Israel, a Messianic church in Denver, Colorado. The two discuss the state of the country today, the difference between Jews in Israel and Jews in America, and how Burt answered the call of ministry after years of searching.

Trusting in God can lead to second guessing and interesting prayers, but eventually He calls and it’s up to us to trust Him enough to answer. Physician and missionary Dr. Paul Williams (www.whenallplansfail.com) joins us to review his new book on how your decisions can affect your path in life and shares how God’s calling in his life led to relief for many around the world.

We all know that Facebook, Google, and Twitter have been caught censoring conservatives who espouse views they don’t agree with, but how did we get to this point? Investigative journalist and economist James Simpson (www.crisisnow.net) examines the Marxist infiltration of education and advocates for reform of regulations if things are going to change in the future.

John’s quote of the week:
Countries have fights, disputes, and conflicts, but we all get into this crisis moment in which people forget how our country was started. For us, that was freedom. And that is what we should be fighting for.

In this week’s Section 6, we play an interview John gave last week on Stand Up For The Truth on Q90FM in Wisconsin with Mike LeMay. John discusses the liberal mindset, the word ‘nationalist’ in our political discourse, the dividing nature of the Alinsky method, the latest with the Catholic Church, and the differences between positive and negative rights.
