On what do we base our foundation of morality? In this week’s boralogue, John looks at the gradual removal of God from society and the ages-long attempts to replace Him with logic, reason, and other false gods – to no avail. Claiming someone or something is bad without a moral grounding in God is just that, a claim.
Plus, we look at President Trump’s Jerusalem declaration in our Clip of the Week.

With sexual accusations raining down on Hollywood and Washington DC, how do we make sense of it all? Catalina Avalos (www.trippscott.com), Criminal Defense Attorney & Director at Tripp Scott Law, examines the legal implications for accusers and the accused and shows the keys to preventing this kind of trouble in the future.

Hypothetically, what if the accusations against Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore were part of a larger plot? Tom Ertl (www.ertlhomes.com), Former National Media Director for Christians for Donald Trump in last year’s campaign, discusses the deeper battle between the swamp establishment and grass roots conservatives and how ideas are far more important than ideologies.

After last November’s election, media pundits began questioning how regular people could vote for Donald Trump. The problem is, they discussed it amongst themselves and ignored regular people. Ken Stern (www.palisadesmv.com), Former CEO of National Public Radio, describes his year-long journey outside of the bubble to learn from those of us in flyover land and to determine if America is as divided as it seems.

John’s quote of the week:
Early in the 20th century, we allowed the State to become involved in the marriage business, removing some of the authority from where it traditionally lay in churches and synagogues. Later on we just pitched God out of the picture all together. At that point, marriage became whatever the State said it was.

In this week’s extended Section 6 intelligence brief, John delves into the complex 3D chessboard of the Middle East. Then, we play various media clips after Trump’s Jerusalem capital declaration. Finally, we’ll air John’s most recent appearance on ‘Stand Up For The Truth’ from 11/29/17. Stay tuned!

A mountain of documents known as the Panama Papers have been leaked exposing shell companies, offshore accounts, and tax havens of hundreds of influential people around the world. In this week’s extended boralogue, John links these papers with next week’s tax deadline here in the U.S., explaining patterns found throughout history in taxation and the economy, showing the bumpy road America and those in the West are traveling down.

The FBI’s battle with Apple ended when the Feds cracked the cell phone of one of the San Bernardino terrorists. Columnist and political analyst Liz Peek (www.lizpeek.com) examines Apple’s decision to ignore the government and stand for customers’ privacy as well as the legalities of the FBI’s initial request to break into the phone.

Puerto Rico, an American territory, is teetering on the brink of insolvency. Charles Tatelbaum (www.trippscott.com), a bankruptcy attorney at Tripp Scott Law Firm in Florida, discusses whether the island government will be eligible to file for bankruptcy, and how residents there and on the mainland are being affected.

Donald Trump is all over the news, leading the 2016 GOP race for the president. Rejoining the program this week is Pat Wood (www.technocracy.news), Founder of the August Corporation, who looks at Trump’s technocratic nature and what is to come for America, regardless of who sits in the Oval Office next year. Technocracy is opposed to capitalism and free enterprise, but many on the campaign trail support it. Be careful what you wish for in needing someone to fix Washington – you may not get what you’re expecting.

John’s quote of the week:
“There is a complexity in the United States tax code, which no one can really know or understand, except for a few arcane people and those skilled in the dark arts!”
